About NC3C
The North Carolina City & County Communicators is dedicated to the professional development and networking of local governmental communications professionals.
The original bylaws were approved unanimously by 27 professional communicators who became the NC3C founders at our March 22, 2007 organizational meeting.
They were amended as follows during our conference in Fayetteville on April 1, 2011:
